The balance due has to be payed at the beginning of your holiday.

Prices include:
electricity, water, gas and heating supply (not in Winter, Autumn and Christmas seasons), Sat-Tv. Final cleaning. Linen and towels are provided, and will be changed weekly if you are staying for longer than one week. Please bring your own towels for use by the pool.

Rental periods commence on Saturday afternoons. We would ask that you do not arrive before 3:00pm to ensure that the property is ready for your arrival, and departing time is Saturday 10:00am.

Cancellations:
If booking is cancelled two month before the chosen date for the holiday, the booking fee will be refunded with a € 100.00 deduction.
If booking is cancelled between the 60th and the 30th day in advance, € 50.00 will be refunded.
Nothing will be refunded for cancellations arrived the month preceding the chosen date for the holiday.
